Can a distorted perception change the colour of your skin of how you perceive it?

    It can change the way one's skin is viewed, but the reality of the fact of science doesn't change because of someone's belief system.

    Perhaps if your low in iron you can be pale

    But waiting till the cows to come home for

    Your skin colour to change naturally.
