Turn on screen rotate?

I had to use maximum power saving for a few hours but now that im back, i cant find the option to turn screen rotate back on? Samsung Galaxy A8

    look for Portrait.

    that threw me off too the first time.

    On my S7

    Pull down the status bar to display the notification panel, and then tap Auto rotate auto rotate icon to enable the option.

    I can't find the option anymore either, after I updated it I can't find the rotate screen again. I really cannot.
