Will home vacuum sealed meat keep longer in the fridge than non-vacuum sealed meat.?

If it starts out right - it does last significantly longer. It needs to start out completely fresh and completely clean. Also dry. Then be properly fully sealed - make sure bones don't break the packaging - and kept at a steady proper temperature. It should last at least twice as long as non-vacuum sealed meat, if not longer.

I don't know about home vacuum packaging but the stuff from stores or food service meats that are cryovac packaged do keep longer in the fridge.

It will keep longer in the freezer. Because with NO air in there, there is no freezer burn from the air drying out the meat.
I doubt if it will keep longer in the fridge.
Understand that the fridge only slows down how quickly bacteria grows.
And the freezer slows it down hugely, but NOT totally.
Vacuum sealing has no impact on bacterial growth. Not if the meat has somehow gotten contaminated.
Vacuums just keep food in the freezer from drying out. You can eat meat that has been freezer burned, but it is tough, tasteless and has the consistency of cardboard .. NOT pleasant to eat, but it won't make you sick.
So the vaccum is for maintaining the taste of the meat, not for keeping it safe.
