I need an impartial local person with expertise in particular cell phone and wi-fi plans to help me figure out how to do things.?
When I ask various providers all I get is a sales pitch for their goodies (which usually do not meet my needs).
I would like to find some local help and am willing to pay for good information.
How do I go about that?

well I would first do your research and what do you need. do you need the latest fancy phones or ones that can handle sms and voice and the occasional email/youtube video. obviously if its just going to be email, sms and calls then you dont need a crazy high end one or a more expensive plan for data. if your using it for youtube and netflix you obviously need more data. for ex. I have the note 9 with a 10gb data plan as well as voice and sms because I need it for work and the bigger screen helps me.

Yahoo Answers is an international global site so first we'd need to know where you are geographically.
