Sex, Age, Grade, Money, Religion, Race won't matter.
Life is happening and you are AGING as the seconds pass.

NOT always but it's better for the guy to approach a girl first. You'll know what I mean when a girl approached you first.

Its typical for guys to do the approaching, but not exclusively so; preferably, its a mutual attraction that is expressed by both persons anyway.
