I have met a number of Muslims that were born in America of American parents - if that os not a real American I am curious what is.

No. As a Muslim their Islamic identity always comes first. Also, Islamic ideology involves taking over whatever country it is in.

NO. Their first allegiance is to Allah,then to Mecca,then to the Imam,then to their Mosque,then to their family THEN to America.

There are already many Muslims that are also US citizens.
One is a religion, the other is a citizenship. They can both be held simultaneously, just like you can be a Christian and an American.

In order to become a real American, you must first be or become an American. Many Muslims were Americans when they born.
Then, for an American to become a real American, they have to breathe real air, drink real water, and eat real food.

Muslims, or anyone for that matter... are not barred from citizenship as long as they follow the legal process to attain that citizenship.
Those born here are citizens by default.
