What are some great and healthy ways to lose weight?

    You'll only lose weight if you burn more calories than you eat. Therefore:

    1. Do more exercise.

    2. Eat less.

    Research has shown that only a fraction of the total amount of calories we eat are actually burnt while exercising. Therefore, it's more important to control the quality and quantity of the food you eat than spending several hours in the gym every day.

    Only one tried and proven.

    Eat Less,

    Cut your meal portion size by 25%. Drink only iced water/soda water.

    Weigh once a week and adjust the portion size.

    For exercise just WALK three to ten miles a day, buy a pedometer (5$)
