Caveat: definitely not a lawyer.
A brief bit of research indicates it is illegal under OK state law, defined as a "sawed-off shotgun", but their law provides a loophole called Defense to Prosecution for firearms that are legal under NFA rules.
So it is technically illegal and they could charge you for having it, and then you would win in court. And it seems like the sort of thing that is rarely enforced because of this, but you never know when you'd get local law enforcement or DA that has a point to make.

Under 16 inch barrel would make it illegal as a rifle and not a pistol.
See. If OK. Has provisions like 'alternate other weapon'.
If they are sold at FFL gun stores, they would be legal, but have to be registered.
ATF does not make the laws, only enforcement. State FFA makes the laws.
