How do I grow bigger boobs?

Im sorry sweetie. You are still very young so it is very hard to tell. Look at your mom and you will most likely be around that. My mother is a size DD and im a D. I started growing boobs when I was about 14-15 but very quickly. You will have to wait. Its all heritage.

Be patient. And remember two things. One is that fashions are designed to make small-breasted women look good. The other is that your aim in life is not (or should not be) to be head cow on a dairy farm.

A couple of other points: (1) You CAN'T be less than a AA and (2) Many men prefer smaller to larger breasts. Generally, these are the ones who were breast-fed. Bottle-fed boys are the ones impressed by the women who will be getting breast-reduction surgery later in life.

People who live near the North Pole, such as Russians, tend to have larger bra sizes. The reason is that they have more fat under the skin as an adaptation to cold climates. People who live in tropical regions tend to have less fat under the skin so the women in those areas tend to have smaller cup sizes. Fat is not good because fat women tend to have a higher chance of getting breatst cancer. If a person has breast cancer then surgery may mean that they will have no breast tissue. So, just take it easy, and let nature take its course. Small breasts have their advantages. Women who have big breasts also tend to have back problems, and gravity also takes its toll. As people get older, their breasts will sag. People with big breasts will see more sagging.

Time and puberty's natural hormones will make them grow.

You still have time to grow. I didn't start developing more breast until my later years of high school. Different things will change this such as weight gain, pregnancy, and exercise. The average breast size is around a D cup, but people come in all different shapes and sizes. People like different things and if they are genuine they will like you for you not for your body.
