Is she still interested?
I've been seeing this girl at my gym for about 4,5 month. She looked interested and caugh her looking from time to time then I decided to approach her. I waited for her to finish her workout and I kinda introduced my self and asked her about her workout. After that I saw her staring from far couple of times and she avoided me. I even saw her looking from far couple of times and she seems to be fine working out around me but everytime we come across she tries not to look at me. She might be a little shy but not sure

Well you've already introduced yourself so you aren't a total stranger to her. No way to know if she's shy or is avoiding you except to approach her again and ask her to go for coffee after you see her next time.
