Are Guns, Weed or Protesting legal in the USA?

In my state, only guns are legal, and they are everywhere.

The state won’t let voters vote on weed legalization. They keep saying , “oh we can’t read one or two signatures on the petition so we threw it in the garbage.”

My state made protesting illegal because they want to force a new oil pipeline through Native American land. Anybody who protests something can be charged for the cost of any damage done anywhere by anyone who is also protesting. It’s being taken to court but it will be in effect long enough for them to get their pipeline.

Neither of those are legal if you're a liberal.

If you have a gun permit its legal to carry a gun if you are in a state where weed has been legalized it's legal, and as long as the protest is peaceful it's legal. All those things are legal under the right circumstances.
