I'm diabetic. My numbers are much higher in the mornings then in the afternoons? Why is that?

    Talk to your doctor. She can work with you to adjust your medicine. As with most medical issues, there are many factors which can affect this. Diabetes specifically has different varieties and affects people slightly differently.

    If you have diabetes 2, the Ketogenic diet will likely reverse it
