I've been seeing this girl at my gym for about 4,5 month. She looked interested and caugh her looking from time to time then I decided to approach her. I waited for her to finish her workout and I kinda introduced my self and asked her about her workout. After everytime I see her, she tries to avoid me. Now she doesn't avoid me completely like she's still looking from time to time and she seems to be fine working out around me but everytime we come across she tries not to look at me. Now I feel she is a little shy and I want to ask her out but not sure how to approach her. Any suggestions

No, if she's doing everything to avoid you, time to take a hint and leave this girl alone.  Not everyone you are attracted to is going to return that interest.  The last thing you want to do is earn the title of creeper or stalker.  If you keep chasing her down or following her, this is not going to end well for you.  She could very well report you to the gym manager or other staff if she believes that you are acting creepy.  As much as you think you like her, you need to back off for now.  Some girls aren't good at communicating verbally (she should have straight out said "I am not interested").  However in this case, since she isn't verbalizing it, you have to read actions and body language.

What?  Do you imagine there's some secret group of words that will make her want to go out with you?  If you want to ask her out ask her out.  It really is that simple.
