You need to understand the entire picture. 8 million illegals have jobs! Deficit Don can demonize poor brown people, and his moronic base will eat it up, but as long as GOP CEOs hire them, they will come. You and me don’t matter,

I don't think anyone is really okay with immigrants entering our country illegally. and, I am not okay with how much it costs taxpayers for their medical care and education. I am sure it is way more than $230 million / year. I do have compassion for refugees, however, who fear for their lives on a daily basis because of corruption, chaos, drugs and economy. The US needs to help these countries improve their standards any way they can so that people are not forced to flee their homelands.

We just added $50 billion to the defense budget, despite the fact that we're already overfunding the military and we don't have any real wars going on. Nobody seems to worry about that.

We cut taxes on the upper class so much and increased our spending so much that we've increased the deficit by at least $400 billion per year. Nobody seems to worry about that.

Trumpers want to build an $80 billion wall, which by your own figure cited, we could feed, shelter, and clothe illegal immigrants for nearly 350 years, yet nobody seems to worry about that.

Are you talking about the cost of the detention centers? No I am not OK with private companies making money of mistreatment of immigrants. Let them enter and file their cases, they'll pay for their own food and diapers with their hard work. Way cheaper.

Uh... considering that illegals do not quality for ANY federal aid programs how are they costing tax payers anything?

I also would like to add that many undocumented immigrants pay federal income tax for benefits they'll never receive. And they contribute positively to the economy.
