What NBC News said, which is factually accurate according to other news outlets and people who monitor such stuff, is that Russian accounts online are pushing the candidacy of Tulsi Gabbard. That's true. The people who watch Russian propaganda online said this after the last debate as well. Russian propaganda accounts were pushing Tulsi Gabbard, and businessman Andrew Yang, presumably in an effort to promote fringe candidates and hurt the Democratic front runners.
