Yes I just mail the hotel directly. Best way to handle. They are surprised by this. They are guest/joiner free friendly. You can guest at no charge over night or anytime. If you bring two girls back they will charge for the 3rd guest. I think it was 1500 B for two joiners,,,,but one is no charge......So,,,YES it is. Enjoy.

The Mercure is in the lower range of the Accor group, pleasant and un-stuffy. The ibis chain are one step down again, but still pleasant and friendly.
