How would this made up name be pronounced in Welsh Ylianwen?

My guess is ''URR-lee-ANN-when''

the urr sound being similar to the American way of pronouncing the first syllable in ''early'' but without the R.

    uhl -yan-wen

    uh - as in butter

    l -as in letter

    y - as in yes

    an - as in answer

    wen - as in went

    Or

    uh-lee-yan-wen

    I would say EE-lee-an-wen.

    'Y' at the beginning of a name is often pronounced 'ee', like in Yves, Ysolde, Ysabeau and Yvaine.

    Edit: Ysolde is a Welsh name.
