I’m 29 years old. I feel like I’m 45. Why do I feel so old?

I’m a mother of 1 to a 4 year old. I can’t get any free time anymore and of course I don’t get to sleep well every night. Could that be the reason??

    Yes, that is the reason. When you can't sleep and never have a moment to think this is often the result. The good news is that four is about the time when kids are able to start learning to do some things for themselves.
