You absolutely SHOULD discuss this with your doctor because an accidental entry in your medical records could cause MAJOR issues if you are ever given the wrong blood type.
Your blood can't change. Either you was previously told the wrong type or an error was made this time. Either way, you need to be sure that your actual medical records are correct.

It didn’t change. Either your former blood donor organization or your current doctor measured it wrong, or (quite possibly) it was entered incorrectly into your records.
Mention it to your doctor since it may actually matter that they know your correct blood type, but is has not changed.

Maybe someone made an error when recording it. I would question it with the doctor. If you needed it you wouldn't want them bringing the wrong blood for transfusion.
