What is this on the side of my knee?
It came up about a month ago and was darker and smaller, now it's the side of a Q-tip top. Its hard and extruded.not painful and clear/skin color. Is it a mole, swollen gland, a wart? What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Look up: Molluscum contagiosum. A light freeze with wart spray, available over the counter, may lead to it's resolution with the cost of a medical visit.

Looks to me like a wart. Go to a dermatologist and they can freeze it off.
