no, it's unhealthy to just presume the food is ok, and not full of chemicals, pesticides
antibiotics, and more processing than can do a body more harm than good !
[ foodbabe dot com , books and audio too on amazon read the reviews, read your labels] know all the ingredients, is it a chemical soup as my dad once said ? chemicals, preservatives, antibiotics.....stuff found in silly putty in your food ? to eat !
stop presuming, ask to see the ingredient list, I'll bet you stop eating half the so-called food ! it's mostly processed, chemicals, preservatives, antibiotics which put on weight , don't believe me, do a search for weight gain and antibiotics and read all about it, why do you think so many people are depressed, anxious, and more ?

Your body uses carbohydrates as fuel by turning them into glycogen. Your cells use only what they need at the time those carbs show up in your blood. If you eat more carbs than your cells need within the window of time they'll be available in your blood, the extra will be stored as fat for retrieval when needed at a later date..
As Julien noted, a person who isn't on a keto diet and eats around 2,000 calorie a day typically needs between 225 and 325 grams of carbs. There is no way of guessing what your body needs or will use after that specific meal.
On another note, potatoes, canola oil and corn sugar (dextrose) aren't the most nutritious choice of carbohydrates.

No. That s a cup of rice or a sandwich. If you are on some crazy no-carb diet, you would know it s too much. Otherwise, it s a normal part of a healthy diet.

The typical sedentary person needs about 275 grams of carbohydrates per day (based on proteins at 1g per kg of bodyweight, fat at 1g per kg, and minimal physical activity).
This could be for instance 75 g at breakfast, 100 g at lunch and 100 g for dinner.
So 104.4 g in one meal is nothing crazy.
