Schizophrenia medicine has no effect. what to do?

    Psychoactive drugs affect different people differently due to everyone having different levels of neurotransmitters in their bodies, so the initial dosage frequently is not enough as doctors would rather play it safe and make small increases in the dosing as opposed to inadvertantly causing worse psychoses or serotonin syndrome.

    AKA Talk to your doctor.

    Talk to the person who diagnosed you and/or prescribed the medication, not to random strangers on the internet with no qualifications.
