So this is my very long story with hallucinations. What's your's and were you diagnosed with something to explain them?
What I seem to hallucinate I label as thoughtforms. The thoughtforms(more/less from my thoughts so I call them that)that I interact with can seem very gross, disgusting and psychically draining at times I don’t know if these thoughtforms that I got are entirely from me or if I got some or more of them or all of them from a psychic attack or if I'm under astral view by some human astral projector spy(or astral entity)and their thoughts(that's probably a delusion)…
They(the seeming thoughtforms)come and go(or become more clear and vivid and less clear and vivid)with my migraine fluctuations(which are more of a pressure on the brain thing than pain-A pressure where you feel like something is physically inside your brain moving and pressing and all, with poppings, making it feel heavy:inhibiting your relative thinking and imagination where you would feel like your thoughts and imaginations...
...-A pressure where you feel like something is physically inside your brain moving and pressing and all, with poppings, making it feel heavy:inhibiting your relative thinking and imagination where you would feel like your thoughts and imaginations where more forced on you, rather than you more willingly choosing to think and imagine-)and I don’t always like the sensations that they(and/or my migraines)are giving me.I especially don't like the sensations on the tongue that I get at many times...
...where I'm feeling like the tongue is moving by itself and/or that something is on the tongue like there's a huge insect on it or like I'm giving oral and/or feeling like the tongue is getting too slimey(without there being actual thick saliva or mucus on it)and/or feeling like its growing bigger like in some kind of macrosomatognosia and trying to extend and protrude through my teeth...
...Both the feeling on the brain and on the tongue can play a role in inhibiting speech.I can hear the thoughtforms at many times very clearly and consistently saying things like “we are fooling you” or “you are in a game”.All the other things they say(which I'll mention examples on later)are inconsistent and contradictory and I can figure it out by myself at times without them getting to the point of saying “we are fooling you”...
...Many of those other things they say can also seem to be from me and my doubts and back to me and my doubts and that’s why they are contradictory.They(and/or my migraine and depression-my brain)can put me in hallucinatory illusions that could quickly develop into delusions if I don’t try and think critically about it and not believe them…
...As for the visual I hallucinated this huge black shadow mass at many times next to me in bed and then these kind of light orbs with some kind of phantom thingies surrounding each one of them but not clearly shaped. These phantom thingies were also crawling the walls at many times...
...There were also these eyes floating around and seemingly tattooed on my skin and body and all over the walls and on my food and everywhere. At some point some/more of these hallucinations seemed like they were going to materialize into unnaturally humungous cockroaches ...
A bulk of the auditory hallucinations seem to try to convince me that I'm in some kind of a game or games where they try to fool me to believe in many things including religious things before seemingly refuting them or I get out of the relative delusion by myself(like:"oh no we fooled you or you got it:we are not actually angels or jinns or something"…before moving on to another game where I have to try to figure something out about them)...
At some point some of the voices tried to convince me to become a Muslim while other voices tried to convince me to be Christian while others seem to lean on atheism. And I'm an atheist now. When the voices started with more clarity in the beginning, years ago,the voices actually said:"I am god!" in arabic "Ana allah!".And at another time they seemed to try to get me convinced that I am with Satan himself personally...
The voices seem to be like inconsistent tricksters(like I mentioned before)at many times or the imagined thoughtforms in a hallucination are having fun with me big time also by making me believe that I'm going to hell and/or made a deal with Satan and his is the actual heaven,at some point. They only seem to be relatively more consistent in being more likely to repeat one thing:that I'm in a game or games…
I did get professional help and was diagnosed with a kind of a majorly(for the most part)psychological or psychic migraines(with psychosomatic effects)with depression. But the causes of the migraines have not been entirely known and explained.I take medication for the migraines, the hallucinations(that can be auditory, visual, olfactory and tactile)and the depression...
At some relatively much fewer times(compared to the worse symptoms like the sensationally physical-like ones on my tongue and brain)I get relatively not as bad symptoms but still hallucinations like sexual illusions and tactile sensations on my penis like its been touched or licked or sucked or something…
It could be a kind of psychotic migraines(if its seemingly majorly psychologically or psychically driven)with psychotic depression(with the delusion that I got at times that my thoughts are broadcasted and heard). But if they(possible tulpas)are from my at times scattered, confused and doubtful thoughts(with more or less influence from the outside and others)then they are a kind of thoughtforms,I think.I believe that I am kind of crazy, though…
Sorry for the long story. So do you hallucinate?Did you try to understand them? And were you diagnosed with something that would explain your hallucinations?

I noticed early on in your descriptions about pressure in/on your brain. There is something happening in your brain, and I think you are somewhat aware of this and need to consult a neurosurgeon.

A person can know many truths by reciting the rosary each day with care.

I used to do stupid stuff that made me hallucinate. I stopped doing it and it went away. I'm not saying that's what you are doing.

You should talk with a psychiatrist and ask about different medications. I have schizophrenia and I take Zyprexa. Zyprexa works pretty well for relieving symptoms, though it does cause weight gain.
