A new superhero power or skill?
Do you think there's a superpower which hasn't been used on any comic or film before? If there is such, what power would it be? Or what power can you think of that hasn't been done before?

How about a normal-looking guy, without any mask or costume, perhaps working as a police detective, who has the power to change luck to his own favor? For example, bullets always just miss him. If he's searching for a criminal, then he just flips a coin to determine which direction he has to go to find the criminal, and he always finds the criminal. He needs to go somewhere and he doesn't have a car, and he'll always find an unlocked car with the keys inside. He needs cash, he can always start up a poker game and win the money. A guy like this can hide in plain sight, no one would suspect him of being a superhero.

Both marvel and DC have explored a ton of different super hero powers, usually through emsemble comics like marvel's X-Men where "mutant power" can be pretty much anything the creator can come up with, and for every good one, there's been hundreds of bad ones. There's squirrel girl, there's dazzler (who can turn sound into light), there's jubilee, an asian american whose power was fireworks (in the light and sound sense, not in the gunpowder explosion sense, which would have been way more badass). There's been the red bee, whose power was controlling bees, and who kept his favourite, michael, in his belt, which is weird in all sorts of ways. There was 3D man, who had the power of 3 ordinary men (which, in a world with the mighty thor and the incredible hulk, is pretty unimpressive), and goldstar, whose power was being nice. Mr Midnight could stop clocks by yelling "stop, time". Not stop time, just clocks. Which could be almost useful if he didnt have to yell and tip off everyone in the area what was going on. Cipher could translate any language he came across, which is undeniably useful, but given that most comics involve battling some sort of big evil bad guy, translation wouldnt be terrifically useful in the heat of battle unless it turns out thanos had detailed instructions on how to kill him written on his forehead in some otherwise incomprehensbile language. Comics have been running for over 80 years, and with thousands of different issues printed, there's a ton of single shot characters they put in an issue just to provide a bit of variety.
