I am not sure if wishing sites work because whenever I make wishes on them my wishes are always blocked and prevented from happening?
So do you have any other suggestions on ways I can make my wishes come true.

A bit of logic or common sense will quickly tell you that these sites are totally bogus.
Just an example, if 1 million people logged on and wished for 1 billion dollars each, where would the 1000 trillion dollars come from. Or if they all wished to be elected president in 2020, but there is only one president, not 1 million of them.
To be honest, I have trouble believing anyone could be gullible enough to even visit one of these.

You make your wishes come true with hard work and dedication. There is no other way.

Yes. Move your butt and your feet and start doing something to start achieving your goals. That's how hopes and wishes become real: through action

Theres no magical force out there in the universe granting people's wishes. People who get what they want are the ones who go out and get it

If you look up the definition of wishing it states “the desire of something that will not or can not happen”. Do not be pulled into sites that can not deliver.

After you eloquently put your wishes to words, you should keep those words for reference, while working hard on achieving those goals. Nobody is going to do it for you.
