Rash on top of a burn on my hand?
They are not blisters being that it's only a first degree burn. They do not itch either. It looks like a bunch of red bumps that have only developed on top of the burn itself. I've had a few burns in my life and I've never had red bumps develop on top of one. The burn is 3 or 4 days old. It no longer hurts. I also do not believe it's folliculitis. Does anyone know what this might be?

The skin from a burn is dead, you cant get a rash on dead skin
