Cant get a GP appointment so a therapist ffs...you live in a world that is not real in mine

I don't exactly think it's healthy wanting to harm your therapist.

Try telling you want time to juzt be there.

Most people have evil thoughts. No matter who you are, whether its self harm or harm to others. But you can grow out of it, humans were meant to kill originally.
