Can you recommend easy, high protein healthy breakfast ideas?

I've tried cooking eggs and stuff for breakfast, but I just don't have the time, and it's super frustrating coming home to all the dirty dishes! Any recommendations would be great. I'm not a picky eater :)

Some sort of healthy protein shake would would probably be best for easily getting protein in the morning. Also cheeses work well. Cottage cheese is good on pretty much anything and it's pretty high in protein.

Check the frozen section of your store. There are a lot of frozen breakfast choices that are delicious and high protien. Nuke 'em, throw away the tray.

There are protein drink powders you can buy, and also pre-made shakes... i'd watch to see there isn't refined sugars in whatever you find. I think Slim-Fast makes a Keto Shake -- i haven't checked them out or looked at the labels tho

How about a 'breakfast strata'?, You can prepare it the night before and leave it in the fridge, pop it in the oven when you get up, and while its in there, prep up some tomatoes [fresh or canned] to go with it.~~~~~~

Lightly fry sausages, bacon, mushrooms & even tater tots if you like!

Slice / chop them up, scatter them in a ovenproof dish [or foil pan] adding a slice or 2 of bread [cubed], mix in with the chopped breakfast items.

Whisk several eggs & a little milk, add seasoning.

Pour the egg mix over the breakfast items, pressing down for the bread to soak up the liquid.

Cover and refrigerate overnight [or as long as you need to before cooking].

Then cook at 350f for 30 mins, uncover, add a sprinkle of grated cheese [if liked], then cook on for 10 mins, till it browns a little.

Enjoy, with a side of tomatoes or beans if you prefer.

    Yogurt.

A peanut butter sandwich. (Whole grain bread will add a little more protein.)

    Dinner left-overs.

Hardboil a dozen eggs in the evening, and eat a couple of every morning for the next 6 days. You could do the same with a pot of lentils or beans.

And drink milk with your breakfast. A good source of protein.

Old fashion oatmeal, peanut butter, raisins and whey protein

2 servings (1 cup) oatmeal cooks in a microwave in 5 minutes at power 8. Don't use too much water or too small of a bowl or it will boil over. I use Body Fortress vanilla whey protein from Walmart.
