whenever I click on a question in Yahoo! Answers. Is there anyway to get back to the old Yahoo Answers? I'm no longer able to use YA.

The link leads to a question, have you somehow mistakenly set it as your homepage? Try all the usual things like logging out, clearing your cache, rebooting your P.C or laptop (if that's what you're using.) I sometimes get the old Y.A depending on which browser I'm using. But you must be able to use Y.A because you're posting questions.
