Sometimes a guy will have a bulge and sometimes a guy will not. Is this normal?
I'm gay. I like to look at guys bulges when they're walking down the halls. Most tines its nothing. But when I look at the same guys later in the day there will be something. What's going on? Are they getting erections? I'm assuming that because there's a lump and then like two minutes later there isn't. Why is this? They only start talking with there friends.

Perhaps they now need the toilet and their penis is more visible, or they;ve just been and adjusted the position of everything inside their pants.
Not everyone has a visible bulge at any time, and certainly not all the time.
