What does cream on the top milk look like when poured? Are small chunks normal? Maybe the milk fat? It's not spoiled. ?

    It is normal as it settles, and ages. Nothing wrong with it.

    First signs of it going off, is a change of taste.

    The small chunks may be butter. It is possible that the milk was shaken up before you got to it.
