    It can be great look.  The tunnels and stone plugs allow for varying looks.  It allows for a different style than just a hook or stud earring.  Anytime you find a style that you like and it is a bit unique it can be fun and satisfying.

    It's gross looking. Columnist Dan Savage says it looks like labia. I think a lot of people who do it are going to regret it.
