Muscle mass and body fat ?

I went to weight my self and I’m 6’3 and 250 but I have 37.3 percent of body fat and 163 muscle mass so does that mean most of my body weight is muscle .?

    Thirty seven is too much fat  Slim down.

    Look at it another way. 87 lbs of your body weight is fat. Your fat % is high.

    About 62.7% of your body is a combination of bone, muscle, vital organs (including skin) and blood.  So, no, your body probably isn't more that 50% muscle. In addition, anything over 30% body fat is an indication that you are carrying too much fat. A healthy body fat percentage for a man aged 18-60 would be 22-30%.

    Well no, a lot of it is water, there are some bones too.  Sure look in a mirror, you can tell where the fat is. Technically, your obese, but that is just the scale saying that.  But a mirror look will tell.  Be honest.  I am 6' 3" and 240 lbs.  I know where the fat is.  Its in the spare tire that I have.  I have to take things down to 215 in order to lose it.  Even then, the charts would say that I am fat.  But not in the mirror.  Not everyone is a text book rail...
