Low self-esteem,depression and anxiety are signs of mental illness and distress.

Well yes they are but l don't think they want to be. It sounds like a mental illness so they should be pitied. Just as women with the same problems should be, but they aren't.

Of course. It’s fine for women to have have a plethora of mental health issues, but men are supposed to be strong and infallible.
