Baby kitten isn't getting enough from momma cat, too many nursing on momma.?

Update:

One kitten is turning into a runt because there are too many nursing. How Do I fortify it, or will it all work out on its own?

    You go and purchase kitten milk and give it and the others additional feed......and make sure the mother is also getting high quality additional food

    He/she is the runt. He/she is less assertive and so without human intervention, would not normally make it.
