Is it alright to live like this?

I am not good enough to keep studying. I don't see myself following a career because I don't have the traits to keep a job. I got social anxiety, struggling with depression, and I have an hard time getting close to people or even listen. Tho I think I work really hard. But they would never want me permanently somewhere. So what I basically do is jump from temporary to temporary job till my contract is over, and basically live like that.. It's a struggle.

Update:

I'm 24 btw

You'll either let your fear rob you of your life or you'll tell your feelings to shut up and you'll fight to make your life better. At some point you'll realize, really understand they you only have one life. Make it count and stop hiding behind fear.

Have you actually bothered applying for permanent jobs? It is a lot better to do temporary jobs than be unemployed, you are obviously a hard working person. I would suggest applying for permanent jobs and then when you get invited to an interview just tell the manager of your current job that you need the day off to attend an interview. Just be as smiley and confident as possible in the interviews and I am sure your hard work ethic will be rewarded and you will land a permanent job. Everyone has to take days off for interviews that is how life works so your manager will understand.

    No problem.

But is there a better way ?

You can job hop, but eventually you might find somewhere you feel you do want to stay.

Studying buys you time to get qualified whilst learning skills and finding what you want to do

    It’s also fun

You sound young so are probably worrying I unnecessarily, i still don’t know what I want to be.

Having children is the only thing that matters in life, looking after them is the only job you ever have to do.
