my visa card type on paypal is "prepaid", i want to know if thats okay to recieve money?..i have just confirmed my card.

Contact the card issuer.
Some prepaid cards only allow banks to load money on them. If that is the case with yours, the money will be lost if it is transferred on.

Yes. Any money you receive gets added to your card balance. You can then spend it using the card or draw it out in cash from an ATM.
