Did the druids make voodoo dolls?

Not as far as I know - I don't recall ever reading about anything similar to a "voodoo doll" in that area of the world.  However, such an artifact would not be likely to survive and "magic" tends to have commonality across cultures, but, it's unlikely that the Druids were still around during the Roman occupation.

Many cultures used poppets for various things.
