What am I doing wrong?

I've had multiple interviews but I never get the job the employer must be interested or they wouldn't have contacted me In the first place any tips on how I can stand out

    depends on what type of job you are applying for do you have any experience in that job line if not that is the reason they are not calling you back

    Without being at the actual interview it is impossible to say for certain but many people have a tendency to talk too long when answering questions. It is better to answer in as brief a manner as possible and still answer the question. Standing out is not always a guarantee to success if you are standing out for the wrong reasons. If you have embellished on your application or resume it could be that it is obvious to the interviewer that was the case. It is important to be able to converse intelligently in the areas that you claim to have experience in.  Trying to bluff your way through an interview rarely if ever ends in a job offer.

    there are millions of people all across the world who have been on many interviews and not even come close to landing a job. We do not know what you have done wrong. We have not seen any of your interviews.

    You might look to confident they want someone who isn't going to ask for a raise right away.
