"Tu" is "you", meaning one person.  "Vosotros" is "you", meaning plural persons, but that form is used only in Spain.  In Latin American "Uds." is used for "you" plural.

Vosotros is 2nd person plural; tu is second person singular.

In Spain: formal: usted, ustedes; informal: tu, vosotros.

    Habla, hablan; hablas, habláis.

In Latin America: formal: usted, ustedes; informal: tu, ustedes.

    Habla, hablan; hablas, hablan.
