Is anxiety causing Heart flutters?
I had a operation to fix a hole in my heart when I was a baby. It was fixed and get check ups every few years. In 2017 I developed bad anxiety and since then I suffer from heart palpitations. I never had any before my anxiety and had an echo a few months ago and nothing of any worry was found, the doctor said I’d have passed a medical for a premier league team.
I was just wondering if any one else has suffered or heard of anyone suffering these annoying palpitations from Anxiety?

Pretty much everyone experiences palpitations. You're only adding to your anxiety by believing only you experience anxiety. Everyone else experiences anxiety, they just don't let it own them.
