What happens if you get sick ?

If your body is fighting a tooth infection but your body gets a cold or flu would you immune system being suppressed cause the infection to spread ? Possibly to the brain or heart or is our human body stronger than that ?

    The immune system is usually strong to fight it dont panic if that is whats happening
