What’re the chances ?

I’ve had a broken tooth for well over 10 months it wasn’t causing any issues until recently I get sharp pains that go through my face and is sensitive to hot and cold I’ve had no fever no swelling went to a dentist he prescribed me clindamycin but I’m unable to drink it I puke , I’m going to call him today to switch the antibiotic but my question is if I’ve had my tooth like this for a while will it spread to my brain or heart ? Or is that in super rare cases ? I’ve heard about a trucker who died from a tooth infection

There are links between tooth decay and heart disease, so your concerns may be valid. Visit your dentist to have the problem attended to.

I haven't heard of any links between tooth decay and brain impact, unless you include the related pain - which is a communicated indication of a problem.
