Are people with disabilities more vulnerable to dreams?

I don't know how to word this question right. I apologize for that.

But basically, do people with disabilities get dreams more about their loved ones, strange dreams that has actually predicted something, or dreams that mean something. I hope you can understand my question.

Update:

I'm asking out of curiousity.

None of my dreams have predicted anything, they usually focus on random occurrences and place me in strange places I've never been. I have on rare occasions called out my dreams for being dreams within the dream. It's strange and it usually ends with me waking up.
