What’s up with my guinea pig?
So last week my family and I brought home a new guinea pig that we named Noelle. Ever since we’ve introduced Noelle to her cage mate, Luna, Luna’s been acting weird. She’ll scream if Noelle gets to close to her, but she hasn’t really been aggressive at all. Luna can be really shy and she gets bullied a lot by our two older guinea pigs. What’s going on with her?
Also, Noelle is a lot younger than Luna.

Guinea pigs, like people, have their own personalities. You might find it useful to check the guidelines on introducing guinea pigs here:

because Luna might feel her territory has been invaded and that she is vulnerable. If she has been bullied by your two older guinea pigs that could well be the reason why she feels anxious. May sure she has somewhere she can go and hide rather than be bullied as that might make her feel safer.

Females should not be together, they need a neutered male to sort out the hierchy. How did you introduce them? It sounds like you might of put them together too soon - if she is being bullied she should be removed from them and found another cage mate, unless you have a male to sort it out.
Please remember that guinea pigs need 8 square feet of room each, plus an addition square foot for every additional pig, so they may be arguing over space
