    Exercise as well as sleep both is important in our life. So we need to balance it in our life to stay healthy and strong.

    Exercise can improve deep sleep, and sleeping better enhances the ability to exercise the next day.” Because both are so critical for optimum health, medical experts hesitate to say one is more important than the other.

    You need sleep to recover and your body needs time to recover after exercise so sleep is more important

    Sleep, if you don't sleep within about a week you will die. The same cannot be said about exercise.

    Sleep. Plenty of people live to be VERY old, without ever having participated in structured exercise of any kind. No one can survive indefinitely without sleep. Sleep is like food or water, it's a "need" (necessity) for life, not an option.

    We all need adequate sleep and lack of sleep can cause all sorts of issues for us. it's good to maintain an active lifestyle, of course, but exercise does nothing if all we do is eat junk

    if you don't sleep you will die way faster then if you don't move let alone exercise.

    You don’t need exercise if you eat healthy. You do need sleep, anywhere from 7 to 9 hours per day. If you don’t get enough sleep, you develop other health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure.
