I caused a fruit fly infestation?
So, my mother called the exterminator and he said we had a fruit fly infestation. Also saying that I caused it. I do feel really bad about it as I do eat upstairs, but I don't eat stuff that molds. I don't get how I coulda started something with zero fruit or moldy dinners in my room?

Well, fruit flies aren't really attracted to mold anyway.
They are attracted to fruit, or juice. (Or wine, I speak from experience.)
Your mom may just be casting blame. But keep your room clean so as to keep the peace.
