The Republican party has already lost all the respect it had in the world -- it is now recognised around the world ,as just another corrupt ,political party ,dominated solely by self interest.

"Removed" is an odd way of putting it. I'm sure he'll leave in 2024 the way every other president does.

Traditionalists within the GOP would win as they hate Trump and have been forced to go along with a charade of accepting him in order to appease his supporters.

Clones of Trump would win because they'd all run on the idea of carrying on his torch.

His impeachment could always inspire more support for local candidates from Republicans who otherwise don't vote but like Trump.

Plus a Republican would still be president.

He will still become president again in the upcoming election so it doesn't really matter if they will be winners or losers as he will win therefore he'll be the winner!
