* Felt great for a 12 hour window
* Sudden brain fog
*Fatigue
*Mild chills.

Those are common symptoms of a lot of different things. You need an actual physical assessment and some labs to determine anything beyond "not feeling well".

Sounds like you might have a flu of some sort, or that you've been eating enriched uranium like it was candy.
