Neck wrinkles already?

Im only fourteen and I have wrinkles on my neck... Like rings around my neck. I think it's because my trachea kind of protrudes out more than usual, but I hate having these rings around my neck, nobody else my age has them and I feel so gross. Is there anything that can cause this? Like I know after I went through puberty that's when it started showing up. And is there any way I can get rid of this? I think I'm a little underweight, so do you think if I gain a little my trachea won't protrude out as much? Or is the only way to get rid of neck wrinkles botox (when im older ofc)?
